Welcome to Oils Inspired By! These terms explain the rules for using our website, oilsinspiredby.com, and buying from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've kept them as short and plain as we can.

We are not affiliated with any brand

We make perfume oils, sprays and body washes inspired by well-known designer fragrances. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those designers or brands. Brand and fragrance names are used only for comparison, to help describe the scent. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Our products are our own versions. They are not the original fragrances, and the scent may not be an exact match.

Using our products safely

Our fragrance oils are IFRA-certified. Even so, everyone's skin is different. Please:

  • Do a patch test first. Put a small amount on the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours.
  • Stop using the product right away if you notice redness, itching, burning or any other irritation. See a doctor if it doesn't go away.
  • Check the ingredients if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
  • For external use only. Keep away from your eyes, and out of reach of children and pets.
  • Sprays contain alcohol and are flammable. Keep them away from heat and open flames.
  • If you're pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use.

Our products are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health condition.

Orders and pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • We do our best to keep prices, photos and descriptions accurate. Still, mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong details, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to ask how you'd like to proceed. This applies even after your order is confirmed.
  • We may change prices, products or availability at any time. Changes won't affect orders that have already shipped.
  • Colors and packaging may look slightly different from the photos.
  • We may limit or refuse an order, for example if we suspect fraud or reselling.

Using our website

Please use our site fairly and lawfully. Don't try to hack it, copy our content, or misuse it in any way. The words, photos and designs on this site belong to us (or are used with permission). Please don't use them without asking.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

We sell our products and run our website "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using our site or products, including allergic reactions or skin irritation when the safety tips above weren't followed.
  • If we are ever found responsible for a problem, the most we will owe you is the amount you paid for the product involved.

Some states don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The newest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
