We know you're excited to get your order, so we work hard to send it out quickly.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
- Standard Shipping: $13 flat rate
- FREE shipping on orders of $200 or more
When your order ships
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, not counting holidays).
How long delivery takes
We ship with UPS or FedEx. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after they ship. Busy seasons, weather and holidays can sometimes cause delays.
A note about sprays
Our sprays contain alcohol, so they can only travel by ground. They can't be sent by air. If your order includes a spray, it may take a little longer to reach you, especially if you live far from Florida.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it along the way.
Sales tax
Orders shipped to Florida addresses are charged Florida sales tax. You'll see it at checkout before you pay.
Lost, damaged or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, email us at info@oilsinspiredby.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package seems lost, please email us and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
