Thank you for shopping with Oils Inspired By! We want you to love your order. Please read this short policy before you buy.

Why we can't take returns

Our perfume oils, sprays and body washes are fragrance and personal-care products. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final:

• Opened or used items can't be returned.
• Unopened items can't be returned either.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong

We'll make it right. Just:

1. Email us at info@oilsinspiredby.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a photo of the problem.

Once we've taken a look, we'll send you a replacement or give you a refund.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Email us at info@oilsinspiredby.com with your order number as soon as you can. We ship fast (usually within 1–2 business days), so please reach out quickly. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to show it.
